Can you guys suggest a reliable 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 inch folding knife for under $50?

I recently received a BlackJack Knives Model # BJ037 here http://www.bladeops.com/Blackjack-Model-…
and its thin linerlock failed after opening it about 5 times, and continued to fail me as I tried to open it without a successful lockup. Adding to that problem, one of the screws fell out of the knife handle itself after i had already tightened everything. The blade came nice and very sharp, but the whole package was disappointing to say in the least. i really need to pick up a new folding knife, and i was looking at the spyderco resilience, but it is a little bit high in price (i am poor) thanks for your help!
