my circuit board has alot of disc capacitors but the all give diffrent readings?
On the pcb im looking at there is several 200K disc capacitors, but when i put the multimeter on the legs of each one i get diffrent readings from 1-140K… does that mean theyre ALL defective??.
There is three on the bridge rectifier and only two i get a reading the other i get nothing.
Ive tested the power on the board and i have 24volts AC, but zero once rectified, yet ive tested the diodes and theyre fine

I am totally lost, please help me, plzzzzzzzzzzzzz?
I am a CBSE class 12 student…I have a chemistry experiment,
To set up a simple voltaic cell (daniell cell) & measure its emf.
I need to write down the observations….
Concentration of solution voltmeter reading after
1 M ZnSO4 0 mins. five mins. 10 mins. fifteen mins 20 mins
& 1M CuSO4
Please provide me the data….it does not matter whether it is experimented or not…..just a satisfactory data.
A galvanometer has an internal resistance of 100 and deflects full-scale for a current of 100 µA.?

A galvanometer has an internal resistance of 100 and deflects full-scale for a current of 100 µA.?
This galvanometer is to be converted to a multirange ammeter using the circuit shown in Figure P19.28. Find the values of R1, R2, and R3 that will give the full-scale readings in the figure. http://www.webassign.net/sf5/p19_28.gif
can someone help with my home electrical wiring issues?

can someone help with my home electrical wiring issues?
I have 4 consecutive 110v outlets that are only receiving 82v and the receptacles are not working. I tested them with a multimeter. I tested from both the receptacle and the wiring to the receptacle. What do i need to do to resolve this. The breaker isnt tripped, and the fuses are good. I have checked switches- to see if maybe one needs to remain on for the string of outlets to work, but there doesnt seem to be one tied into them. it is 4 outlets on one side of the living room. no gfi to reset. the house was built in the mid -90’s. as far as i know– there has been no “hack job engineering done before i moved in. i bought the place from original owner, and they said its original wiring. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
i thought that too, but have been unable to find a switch that connects to those outlets. they are all accounted for.
help with parallel circuits?

help with parallel circuits?
what would happen to voltage readings in a parallel circuit if another identical cell was added?
in this circuit the cell, two voltmeters and bulb are all in a kind of straight line on different branches
Do you know if multimeters are like this?

Do you know if multimeters are like this?
i bough the Equus 3300 Hands free Digital multimeter and i was expecting that when i touched the probes together the OHMS reading would be 0 but its 1, i need it to be zero for my project in order to show why it would rise but anyway is this normal and what does it mean?

12v or 24v LED ribbon light?
I was recently in China and picked up an LED ribbon with 120 LED’s per meter. I came home and went to buy a power supply for it and was told they come in 2 types 12v and 24v. How can I find out which type of led ribbon I have? Is it something I can test using a multimeter?
What does the voltmeter read? Help physics?!?

What does the voltmeter read? Help physics?!?
An AC power supply produces a maximum voltage of 135 V. This power supply is connected to a 36 resistor, and the current and resistor voltage are measured with an ideal AC ammeter “A” and an ideal AC voltmeter.
E = Emax sin !t
Emax = 135 V
What does the voltmeter read? Note: an ideal ammeter has zero resistance and an ideal voltmeter has infinite resistance.
::I am not sure how to go about this. Can someone please help. Any help would be really appreciated!!
