what makes a key-logger illegal?

there is this friend of mine who i have known for a little over a year, and one of her other friends just told her that they have been using a key-logger on them for three years. now im a little curious of the legality behind that especially since the said person already said that they would never do that.

There’s a light on my dashboard that is a bright orange color. It looks like the silhouette of a person with a big ball up in front of the face. I’m thinking it has something to do with the air bag, but I can’t tell and I haven’t been in any accidents where the air bag would’ve gone off…someone help!!

Need info on Illinois knife law as it specifically applies to minors.?

As you can see from some of my previous questions, I need to know if the Leatherman I just bought, and/or the folding knives (non-switchblade) are legal for carry. Most answers I’ve gotten say it is illegal for me to carry any of these, but I’m still not sure. The most I could find as far as actual IL knife laws, were too vague, they did define a knife as a Class I deadly weapon as one having a blade at least 3″ and said that it is illegal to carry one with intent to cause unlawful harm to another, but I believe this is directed only at adults. How does this and other laws effect me as a 16 year old. What if anything can I carry and what if any restrictions are there (obviously I don’t carry it in school, I’m not an idiot) I own a leatherman-type multi tool with a knife 2″ long and might buy a 3″ folding knife. How does the law effect my ownership and carrying of these? Concealed carry or open carry? Please reference specific laws or cases and if possible, what kind of consequences are there if I do it anyway, is it a ticket or is it a night in jail?

What do you think of parental monitoring software?

We have all heard of it at one time or another, and i can’t tell you how many times i have seen questions about it on yahoo answers, but what do you think about parental monitoring/control software. Do you support it, what age groups do you think it should be used for, and to what level. For example do you think it is ok to monitor kids without them being aware of it (with key loggers and other spy software) and do you think it is ok to put time restraints and other things of that nature on a child’s computer? And what do you think of old fashion parental blocks that restrict use? I’m just curious as to what others think (please put if your a kid or a parent if you can.)
For people who are currently using this type of software do you ever find it interviews with your kids schoolwork? I have heard that one a lot of times. Anyway just put down what you think. I personally don’t believe in them because of the schoolwork issue, and i personally think most kids can just get around it. But whenever i try to help someone with a parental block issue i always take criticism from other users that are upset i helped them out. So i just wanted to know what the general consensus was, and why these people seem to get so upset when i give advice. For example i answered a question the other day about someone needing to get around parental controls because it blocked wikipedia, which they wanted to use for homework. So i told them how to temporarily get around it because i used to be in the same boat. (when i was little i had time restraints, and i could never finish my homework before time was up. it made school difficult.) Sorry for making this so long, but put your honest opinion.

Does anyone know how to make the action reaplay codes work fo Pokemon Black and white?

I’m using a m3 real and every time I turn on the cheat switch and start the game the screen turns black.I would really like to get some help. I’m sure there’s a patch or something for this.
