How to build wind turbine with neo magnets from hard drive?

I have a bunch of hard drives at home and it contains neodymium magnets in it (i actually opened one and found two neo magnets in it). So I’m thinking of building an alternator that has a power of approximately 100 watts and produces current at a very low RPM. what are the things to consider when building it and how do i set the coils and the magnets to maximize the efficiency of this machine? I will appreciate any ideas.Thanks
