I found the the same snake twice, but this time it\’s injured….. what should I do?

The snake I found was around my house so, I released it like 2000 feet away from my house and it found it’s way back in my drive way a few days later, but only this time it is injured.

It is bleeding from the anus and has a small lump, so most likely it is a hemorrhoid.

Is there anything I could do to stop or prevent any infections for this small garden snakes?

I love garden snakes cuz they help keep pest away.
