I upgraded my 3ds to 2.103v or whatever, r4i SDHC RTS Lite HELP!!!?

Will it brick my system if i use it? If so how can i get it to work on the 3ds? r4i SDHC RTS Lite…
Oops, I accidentally upgraded to 2.104v
