Need info on Illinois knife law as it specifically applies to minors.?

As you can see from some of my previous questions, I need to know if the Leatherman I just bought, and/or the folding knives (non-switchblade) are legal for carry. Most answers I’ve gotten say it is illegal for me to carry any of these, but I’m still not sure. The most I could find as far as actual IL knife laws, were too vague, they did define a knife as a Class I deadly weapon as one having a blade at least 3″ and said that it is illegal to carry one with intent to cause unlawful harm to another, but I believe this is directed only at adults. How does this and other laws effect me as a 16 year old. What if anything can I carry and what if any restrictions are there (obviously I don’t carry it in school, I’m not an idiot) I own a leatherman-type multi tool with a knife 2″ long and might buy a 3″ folding knife. How does the law effect my ownership and carrying of these? Concealed carry or open carry? Please reference specific laws or cases and if possible, what kind of consequences are there if I do it anyway, is it a ticket or is it a night in jail?
