So who thinks that Lupe Fiasco shoulda been on the main stage with Lil Wayne and others on the VMA’s?

I think Lupe shoulda deserved the main stage. It seems like his songs have been put together with more effort than lil wayne. I mean, lil wayne sounds more fun, but i think lupe is being under estimated. Hes better.

I agree that the VMA’s were not as great as they could have been. But most of the acts were cut out of the show which sucks. BTW Brit did not deserve to win all those awards.

lil wayne is my favorite rapper but i can say i sometimes don’t know wat he is talking about. that is a good quistion but you need to find out ask someone who is related to the call b.e.t and let them answer the quistion it is so hard but only thing i couid say ids lil-wayne.

That’s exactly what I was thinking.In fact,Lupe was the only reason I tuned in for the VMA’s this year.Otherwise, I wouldn’t have even watched them.Didn’t Lil Wayne get two performances on the main stage!?
As soon as the winner for Best Hip Hop Video was named (Lil Wayne – Lollipop) I just turned it off…I couldn’t bear it any longer.They gave Lupe a 45 second set and they talked through nearly half of that! What a shame.
It just tells you where hip hop is these days.
